WCA Performance Training develops athletes ability to increase strength, power output, speed, quickness, agility, and improves movement mechanics. Our movement pattern training is based on fundamental linear, lateral and vertical movements. Within these movements we modify specific drills to increase transferability to lacrosse athletes. Part of our mission is to enhance hip mobility, shoulder mobility, and rotational core strength. As a result athletes will increase shooting velocity, dodging ability, increase coordination and be less susceptible to injury.

Proper Strength Training Can:

Bio – Coach Jackson brings over 10 years of lacrosse coaching experience to the Winner Circle Athletics Team. Growing up on the East Coast (Delaware) Coach Jackson began playing lacrosse 20 years ago. He played collegiately at Concordia University of Irvine earning All-American and All-Conference Honors. After earning his degree in Sports & Exercise Science he began coaching at Chapman University in Orange, CA. Coach Jackson directed Chapmans high powered offense to an undefeated season (22-0) and National Championship in 2016. Coach Jackson has also worked locally with players from Norco High School, Corona Cavaliers, and Norco Nighthawks programs.

Agility- increase reaction in game situations

Change of direction- increase dodging ability

Conditioning- proper conditioning to improve work capacity
