Softball Program

The Unequivocal Leader in Softball Tests and Measurements, created at the request of the College Coaching Community a series of tests that objectively measures an Athlete’s Physical Abilities and Potential. College recruiters use these ODM® numbers to more completely evaluate a player during the recruiting process.

WCA Performance Training develops athletes ability to increase strength, power output, speed, quickness, agility, and improves movement mechanics. Our movement pattern training is based on fundamental linear, lateral and vertical movements. Within these movements we modify specific drills to increase transferability to Baseball/Softball athletes. Part of our mission is to enhance hip mobility, shoulder mobility, and rotational core strength. As a result athletes will increase bat speed and impact, throwing velocity, base running and be less susceptible to injury.
