Full Body Cryotherapy
Cryotherapy simply means "cold therapy" with the same concept as an ice bath, but way more beneficial. While in the chamber, your body naturally activates its “fight or flight” response. This results in the production of endorphins and adrenaline, two of the body’s natural painkillers, which help decrease any discomfort, pain, or inflammation that the patient may be experiencing. Our cryotherapy chamber reaches -238 degrees Fahrenheit (-150 degrees Celsius) where you stand inside for a duration of 3 minutes. A fresh pair of socks, protective gloves, and shoes will be provided for every client to ensure safety and comfort. Cryotherapy is a staple in every athlete's recovery regimen from high-level athletes to youth. It assists in overall health by increasing energy, decreasing injury, improving sleep, & promoting weight loss.

Spot (Localized) Cryotherapy
Spot (localized) Cryo
Spot (localized) Cryotherapy is a cold therapy with the same concept as our full body cryotherapy but utilized to target and focus on specific areas of injury. This treatment lasts between 3-10 minutes depending on the treatment area where skin temperature is regulated by our recovery specialists. Operated by pressurized nitrogen, it can reach deeper into the tissue than a traditional ice pack resulting in a quicker and more efficient treatment as well as increasing range of motion and decreasing pain, inflammation, and discomfort.
Normatec Compression
Normatec Compression therapy uses patented Sequential Pulse Technology by combining three massage techniques: pulsing, gradient hold, and distal release. The combination of these three techniques promote fresh blood flow and increase range of motion and reduce pain and swelling. Normatec Compression therapy can be used before and after workouts to prepare the body for training as well as aid the body’s recovery process. With attachments for your arms, legs, and hips, every part of your body can be treated.

Percussion Therapy
Percussion Therapy (Massage Gun)
Percussion therapy, also known as vibration therapy, is becoming increasingly popular in today’s society due to its convenience and ability to massage sore and tender muscles. Percussion therapy applies rapid bursts of pressure into the body’s muscle tissue reaching deeper into the tissue compared to just foam rolling or a manual massage. The strong vibration and oscillation of the massage head increase blood flow to the specific muscle area allowing the muscle to relax. When the muscle is relaxed, it is easier to relieve stubborn muscle knots and tension that linger after an intense workout. It can also be used to warm up and alleviate sore muscles prior to workouts.
Cupping/Scraping
Cupping and scraping are two recovery techniques used in unison to help stimulate the chemical breakdown of toxins that delay muscles and tissue from healing. Scraping is a manual therapy that utilizes the Graston technique, a specialized form of massage, that scrapes the skin gently. The goals of the therapy are to reduce the patient's pain and increase function through a combination of breaking down the scar tissue and fascia restrictions. After the breakdown of scar tissue and toxins, cupping therapy is applied. This negative pressure from the suction cups promotes new blood flow to the area of tissue, allowing the removal of blood filled with stagnant toxins and dead cells. Although it may seem like an intense treatment, it can be a very relaxing and soothing experiencing providing a feeling of relief from physical tensions.

Zero Body Float Tank
Zero Body Float Tank
Zero Body Float Therapy is designed to relieve your central nervous system from any external stimuli. While your mind is still active, your body relaxes and begins its regeneration process. Regardless of whether you are an athlete or not, stress can play a major role in one's life causing negative effects such as lack of sleep, easily irritable moods, and lack of motivation. This unique sensory experience is considered one of the most effective anti-stress solutions all over the world promoting better sleep quality, serotonin a.k.a the "happy hormone, and muscle recovery.
Hyperbaric Chamber
One of the most notable athletes who utilize a hyperbaric chamber within their recovery routine is Lebron James. While in the hyperbaric chamber, 100% pure oxygen at higher than normal air pressure is circulated, increasing the volume of oxygen in the blood. For recovery, this increase of oxygen promotes the production of ATP and the removal of lactic acid which causes muscle fatigue. The increase of oxygen in the user's blood also promotes more efficient brain function and decrease healing times.

Chiropractic Care
Chiropractic Care
Rapid Recovery Chiropractic is is unlike any other practice in the country. We use spinal manipulation (chiropractic adjustment) to restore joint mobility by manually applying a controlled force into joints that have become hypomobile - or restricted in their movement - as a result of a tissue injury. Tissue injury can be caused by a single traumatic event, such as the improper lifting of a heavy object, or through repetitive stresses. In either case, injured tissues undergo physical and chemical changes that can cause inflammation, pain, and diminished function for an individual. Manipulation, or adjustment of the affected joint and tissues, restore mobility, thereby alleviating pain and muscle tightness, allowing tissues to heal.
How are we different?
Typically, a trip to the chiro will just get you a quick back crack. We use the following techniques prior to spinal manipulation to reduce pain and increase muscular relaxation: Electrical stimulation to promote soft tissue healing, manual therapy to reduce muscle stiffness, percussion therapy to reduce muscle tension and promote blood circulation to damaged tissue. This also aids chiropractic manipulation to correct vertebra misalignment.
